Scott Lynn is the founding principal of MCA. Mr. Lynn has been arranging real estate financing as an intermediary for developers and investors since 1980. In June 1992, Mr. Lynn formed MCA as a commercial real estate investment banking firm that focuses exclusively on the representation of developers, investors, and property operators in the real estate capital markets. Since inception, MCA has arranged over $12.5 billion of closed transactions.
Under Mr. Lynn’s leadership, MCA has consistently been ranked a Top 25 Finance Intermediary by National Real Estate Investor Magazine. The Dallas Business Journal has consistently recognized Mr. Lynn as one of the top commercial real estate financiers in the market. Mr. Lynn has also been recognized as a “Top 25 Heavy Hitter All-Star” by the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR). Scott Lynn is a native Dallasite, a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, and a member of numerous professional organizations including ICSC, ULI, NTCAR, and the UT Austin Real Estate Finance and Investment Center (REFIC).

Todd McNeill is Senior Director and Co-Principal of MCA responsible for the origination and structuring of complex real estate finance transactions on behalf of the firm’s clients. Mr. McNeill began his career with MCA in 1998 and has completed debt and/or equity assignments for a myriad of property types that were placed with a wide variety of capital sources. Mr. McNeill has been consistently ranked as one of the top producers at MCA as well as a “Top 25 Heavy Hitter All-Star” by the Dallas Business Journal. Mr. McNeill earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Oklahoma.

As a Principal and Director of MCA, Sajnani is responsible for raising both debt and equity capital for commercial real estate projects and operating companies on behalf of the firms clients. Since 2007, Sajnani has closed over a $1.0bn of transactions throughout the entire capital stack including senior mortgages, mezzanine loans, participating debt, preferred equity and JV equity partnerships along with several large property sales. Sajnani has expertise in all areas of real estate including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, hospitality and development land.
In addition to real estate finance, Sajnani specializes in capital structures for operating companies including alternative financing options such as sale leasebacks, development/working lines of credit, cash flow term loans and leasehold mortgages.
Sajnani began his real estate career at Goldman Sachs’ commercial real estate investment and management arm specializing in structured finance. Sajnani holds a BBA with a concentration in real estate finance from the University of Texas at Austin. Sunny is a member of numerous professional organization including ICSC, NTCAR, RFDC and UT Austin REFIC. He was designated by Real Estate Forum in 2014 as one “Tomorrow’s Leaders”, an honor presented to real estate professional under thirty-five years of age. In addition, Sajnani was recently granted the “Minority Business Leader Award” by the Dallas Business Journal.

Charley Babb, a native Denverite, is a Principal and Co-Founder of MCA in Colorado. Mr. Babb has over 35 years of experience in mortgage banking and the commercial real estate industry. Charley focuses exclusively on procuring debt and equity financing for commercial real estate projects.
Prior to establishing MCA in Colorado, Charley co-founded and served as Senior Vice President of Kensington Capital in Dallas. Prior to that, he served as Vice President with Grubb & Ellis Mortgage Group. Charley also spent 14 years with Paragon Group, Inc. where he served as Vice President of Special Projects, Development, and Asset Management for the firm.
Charley earned a Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Design from the University of Kansas.
Kevan D. McCormack is a Senior Director of MCA responsible for managing client relationships along with placing debt and equity transactions on behalf of the firm’s clients. Mr. McCormack joined the firm in 2003 and has been involved in the financing of over $1 billion in commercial real estate, encompassing all property types. Kevan has been ranked as one of the Top Financiers in the market by The Dallas Business Journal. Mr. McCormack’s practice includes a focus on financing healthcare oriented and senior living real estate projects.
Prior to joining MCA, Mr. McCormack served as a Project Architect with O’Brien & Associates, Inc., a Dallas-based architecture and design firm specializing in retail, office, industrial, and hospitality property types. Mr. McCormack received his Bachelor’s Degree from Texas Tech University and his MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
Justin Laub is a Senior Director of MCA responsible for managing client relationships along with placing debt and equity transactions on behalf of the firm’s clients.
Justin brings both international and domestic real estate transaction experience to MCA, having spent four years in Moscow, Russia, where he consulted investors and developers on large-scale developments in Russia, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia. More recently, Justin worked in New York City with Aviva Investors in their real estate private equity group and with Ackman-Ziff in their real estate investment banking group.
Justin has completed structured real estate transactions throughout the entire capital stack including senior mortgages, mezzanine loans, participating debt, preferred equity, and JV equity partnerships. He has expertise in all areas of real estate including multi-family, retail, office, industrial, hospitality, and land development. Justin earned a BA from Occidental College and an MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
Brandon Wilhite is a Senior Director responsible for originating debt and equity placements for all types of commercial real estate transactions. As an industry veteran with more than 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Brandon has a diverse background in finance, consulting, and property brokerage.
Prior to joining MCA, Brandon was with Catalyst Commercial where he consulted with municipalities and developers on economic development initiatives such as market planning, incentive advisory, and economic impact analysis. Brandon began his real estate career at the Weitzman Group where he represented retail tenants with site selection and roll-out programs.
Brandon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University and a Master’s of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University, Cox School of Business. He is actively involved with the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Real Estate Council, and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.
Christina joined MCA in 2001. As Director of MCA’s Closing Department, Ms. Fine brings vast experience in orchestrating the entire underwriting, documentation, and closing process. Christina Fine has been involved in the commercial real estate finance industry since 1993. Prior to joining MCA, Ms. Fine specialized as a Closing Coordinator for Northmarq Capital and Archon Financial Group.
Tiffiany Mullins oversees the underwriting, documentation and closing process for MCA’s Denver office. Tiffiany has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 1998. Prior to joining MCA, Ms. Mullins served as an associate in the commercial financing departments of CB Richard Ellis and Trinity One Group in Denver, Colorado.
Ralph Rader is a Financial Analyst at MCA where he is responsible for performing financial analysis, project due diligence and preparation of presentation materials for all types of commercial real estate transactions and property types. Mr. Rader’s experience includes a comprehensive background in finance, accounting and brokerage. Prior to joining MCA, Mr. Rader was a real estate analyst at Berkadia as a part of their loan origination group. He began his career at Ernst & Young where he performed audit services for clients in real estate and the financial services industry. He later joined Archon Group, a Dallas-based full-service commercial real estate investment and management firm, as a fund accountant.
Mr. Rader is a CPA and holds a BBA and Masters of Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He is actively involved with the The Real Estate Council and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.
Duke Dennis is an Associate Analyst at MCA where he supports the firm by performing financial analysis, completing project due diligence, and preparing marketing collateral. Prior to joining MCA, Mr. Dennis was an Appraiser at Butler Burgher Group where he prepared appraisals for multi-family, retail, office, and student housing properties.
Mr. Dennis holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a Master’s of Real Estate from Texas A&M. During his time as a student Mr. Dennis worked as a consultant for Real Property Analytics, a private real estate firm providing valuation analysis of complex real estate assignments. Mr. Dennis is an active member of the Texas A&M Real Estate Network, Texas Real Estate Council, and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.
Andrew Hanzl is a Financial Analyst at Metropolitan Capital Advisors where he supports the firm by performing financial analysis, completing project due diligence, and preparing marketing materials.
Mr. Hanzl earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Mays School of Business at Texas A&M University. Mr. Hanzl continued his education at the University of Texas at Dallas, where he earned his Master’s Degree in Finance. Mr. Hanzl graduated with honors from UTD with an emphasis in real estate and investment management. Andrew is involved in the Texas A&M Real Estate Network, Texas Real Estate Council, and North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and Young Real Estate Professionals.
Doug Williams is responsible for Business Development at MCA. Doug identifies prospective transaction opportunities as well as develops business relationships with new clients.
Prior to joining MCA, Doug had an 18 year career in New York City where he worked in finance and private capital management for Sanford Bernstein and MetLife Insurance.
Mr. Williams attended the University of Oklahoma where he earned his B.S. in Finance.
Karen Weaver has been with MCA since 2000. Karen manages all the business affairs of the firm including day-to-day office administration, human resources, marketing, event planning, and information systems. Ms. Weaver provides internal reports to the leadership team as well as manages MCA’s social media, advertising, and company branding. Ms. Weaver attended the University of North Texas.
As a Senior Associate in MCA’s closing department, Cindy coordinates all facets of the due diligence and transaction closing process. Prior to joining MCA, Cindy was an investment analyst and held other positions since 1989 for Northmarq Capital. Cindy holds an Associate of Arts Degree and a Real Estate Salesman License.
Tracy Yen is the Marketing Director at MCA. Ms. Yen is responsible for collaborating with the firm’s Senior Directors in the creation of transaction placement collateral, the development of the firm’s branding strategy, and the coordination of the firm’s public relations/communication.
Prior to joining MCA in 2014, Ms. Yen interned with a local public relations company and an advertising company. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from the Naveen Jindal School of Business at the University of Texas at Dallas.
